Back and forth in time Pulchri Studio, the Painters Society, moves back and forth in time. Outside, artists spray graffiti on panels. Inside you will find a specially built film set. Pulchri members, wearing early 1900s clothes, paint models and still lifes in Haagsche School style. There is an abundantly set table, with fruits, food and drinks to be admired and consumed. Visitors get a lively impression of an artist society; busy and enchanting. At the Tavern, theatre company De Nieuwe Metropool hosts a stage talkshow with glimpses of the text of their new show 'Maria Callas Broken Hart/Broken Voice'. |
